Making progress at the Sedgefield Condo Renovation! New windows installed today. Also finished installing vanities in both bathrooms and most of the kitchen cabinets!

RWPI worked with Canopy on Canopy Housing Foundation at Realtor Care Day today! We assisted a crew in the cleanup of a homeowner's yard, the removal of an old deck that was rotted, and we built this awesome new ramp so that the partially disabled homeowner could safely exit the house onto stable concrete. The old ramp was rotted and landed in the grass, so it was unusable when it rained. We even added a 115° corner to make it easier to turn a motorized scooter!

The countertops were installed today at the Statesville house! Tomorrow, the flooring is scheduled to be installed! This remodel is starting to come together and we should wrap it up next week!

We started work on a property in Shelby. Removed all light fixtures and ceiling fans and replaced them with temporary lighting. Also started removing the popcorn ceiling and finished all but one bedroom, one bathroom, laundry room, and family room...

Statesville house is shaping up! We got the new appliances (not the refrigerator 🙃) installed today and are waiting on granite countertops! The whole house is painted and all lights are LED for less power consumption! This one will be done soon!

It has been a while since we have sent an update on our Statesville renovation project. Among a lot of other things, we have finished with the cabinet installation in the kitchen! Next up is spray painting the trim and the ceilings, now that the popcorn has been removed and we have skim-coated all of them! We're gettin' there!

Update on Statesville Remodel Project...removed all of the existing carpet and linoleum, demo on both bathrooms, demo a wall between living rooms and dinette to open things up a bit, and scraped all of the popcorn ceilings! Next up is removal of existing kitchen cabinets, skim coating the ceilings with drywall mud, and installation of LED recessed lights throughout the house!
