When designing a living room like this, we’re often thinking about the layers that make it feel welcoming from the moment someone walks in.

✨ Oversized stems bring movement, softness, and a connection to the season.
✨ Open shelving creates opportunities to display collected objects, books, and meaningful pieces that tell a personal story.
✨ A mix of patterned and textured pillows adds depth while keeping the palette relaxed and approachable.
✨ The substantial coffee table and tiled fireplace ground the room and create a natural place for gathering.

The most inviting rooms are shaped through thoughtful layers that work together to create comfort, character, and a feeling of home.

A lot of thought goes into a bathroom. The beauty is in the finished space, but so much of what makes it feel special happens long before that. 🫧

From the custom waterfall-edge vanity that required detailed elevations to build to the layered mix of materials in the wet room, every choice was made with intention.

Durable porcelain, classic subway tile, checkerboard flooring, heated floors, and velvet tile soft underfoot all came together to create a space that feels timeless, functional, and inviting.

Walking into a painting 🎨

This bathroom was designed to feel fun, unexpected, and full of character. A mural sets the tone, while a slim mirror keeps the focus on the art instead of taking away from it.

Every detail was intentional, from the mirror shape echoing the curve of the vanity front to the reeded cabinetry that adds subtle texture and depth. Even the proportions were carefully aligned to feel seamless and balanced.
