Warehouse Coordinator – Maumee, OH
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do:
• Maintain a spotless facility – Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors (tile, carpet, and concrete), clean and restock bathrooms, empty trash, and keep the entire warehouse and entryways looking professional and welcoming for customers and team members.
• Keep the outdoors in check – Use a leaf blower to clear driveways, sidewalks, and warehouse shelves, and help prevent dust buildup by blowing out hard-to-reach areas.
• Handle scrap & recycling – Break down and separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals (including copper, aluminum, wire, and motors) for proper recycling.
• Manage refrigerants responsibly – Reclaim and track R-22 and R-410A containers, properly label and rotate reclamation tanks.
• Organize and maintain inventory – Keep wood pallets sorted and ready for pickup, and help maintain minimum/maximum stock levels for warehouse supplies.
• Support equipment & records – Record furnace and air conditioner model/serial numbers for warranty purposes.
• Laundry & special projects – Wash and organize floor tarps and cleaning rags for the retrofit crews.
• Custom fabrication support – Bend and shape custom sheet metal fittings (ductwork, fire stops, return air frames, boot ears, etc.) as needed for field crews.
What We’re Looking For:
• A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their workspace
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and organized
• Comfortable with physical work and operating basic tools/equipment (leaf blower, magnet wand, metal bender, etc.)
• Ability to work independently while supporting the broader team
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
