For more than 20 years, Joe has helped shape NLS Lawn & Landscaping into what it is today.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, landscaping, and irrigation, Joe’s work ethic, leadership, and attention to detail are second to none.

His crew knows him as a leader. Our customers know him as someone they can trust. Around the shop, he’s known as the Michael Jordan of Lawn Maintenance.

When he’s not leading crews and transforming properties, Joe enjoys spending time with family and riding ATVs.

For over 10 years, Leo has been a part of the NLS family. With 14+ years of lawn and landscape experience, he’s become one of our pivotal crew leaders through dedication, hard work, and pride in what he does.

Whether he’s managing crews, tending to flowerbeds, or making sure properties look sharp, Leo always gives it his all. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with family, eating good food (with family and friends), and working on his truck. 💪🌱
