🚧 New Install After Heavy Equipment Damage 🚧
Got a call on a system that was ran over by heavy machinery during dirt work — lid was completely broken and the tank was damaged. Unfortunately, once that happens, you’re not looking at a simple fix… it’s replacement time.
We stepped in and got everything taken care of the right way 💪

🚨 SERVICE CALL STORY TIME 🚨
Got a call yesterday about a trailer with toilets not flushing and tubs not draining… customer said it was “just a clog.”
Then I get the picture… 📸
The aerobic treatment system / sprinkler lift station was FULL to the top 😳
At that point — it’s not a simple clog anymore.
👉 When your tank is completely full, the system can’t breathe, can’t separate solids, and nothing can flow out.
👉 That means EVERYTHING inside the home starts backing up.
I explained:
✔️ System needs to be looked at properly
✔️ Most likely needs a pump-out
✔️ Sprinkler pump / lift station needs to be checked and running
But sometimes folks still think it’s just a quick unclog…

🚧 New Construction Gone Wrong… Costly Mistake! 🚧
Customer called us out after finishing up a new construction project using an existing treatment system. Everything was going smooth… until final dirt work.
During dirt work, the tank area was ran over — and unfortunately it destroyed the lid.
Now instead of saving money by reusing the existing setup, the homeowner is stuck having to:
❌ Replace the lid
❌ Repair/replace the lead
❌ Or possibly install a whole new sewer system
💡 Lesson learned: Always mark and protect your system before dirt work and final grading. One wrong move with heavy equipment can turn into a big expense real quick.
