Working out the old , restoring the memory of what these beautiful floors were once upon a time . They will look better with Loba Waterbase poly, it doesn’t yellow or amber with time .

Some would question why I would drive to Sanford to do one small floor. Well they were elderly and couldn’t get anyone else. Was it out of my way? Yes it was . Was it worth going? Yes it was because somebody’s grandma was a happy woman when I left. She said “are you a Lumbee”? Yes ma’am , I’m one according to my momma. She said you’re a good one . She said I’ve already had someone ask for your card. I said look at God!

Ladies you may not need your floors resanded . How about cleaned and freshened up with a new coat of poly?. If you have an interest in getting your hardwoods cleaned give me a call. This product will dry in two hours and has zero smell. Prefinished Floors as well as traditional hardwoods. Those prefinished hold a lot of dirt and grime in between the boards. Let’s get them cleaned up for summer.

Hadn’t completed a natural oil job in quite sometime. Red oak 2 3/4” red oak with gloss polyurethane.
