Finished up this job today.
Just under 2000 sq. ft. of 3 1/4” solid red oak natural flooring plus luxury vinyl tile. We used 3/8” underlayment under the vinyl to make the floors closer to being flush, and we made custom thresholds out of the hardwood. This looks so much nicer than plastic transitions.
The flooring jack and edge nailer makes the last several rows tight and free from face nails.

First time using the dust separator today cutting 1/4 round.
I’m pretty impressed, I looked in my Packout vac after cutting a bunch of 1/4 round, and there was zero saw dust in there.
