We’re Raising Decks All Summer Long!!

Leech’s Construction is back at it full tilt this year, as we start off with this beauty! The customer had some structural issues from water damage and the previous contractor not doing their job. Something that truly hurts to see. We all work hard in this community for the dollars we make and when we make a big purchase like a home, we expect it to be done right the first time. Fortunately we addressed the issue prior to installing the deck and made sure to not only replace all the rotten parts of the home but we do it right, water tight. We had multiple people driving by admiring this deck and when the customer came home to see it, they were just as excited. On to the next one!! 💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This faux floor saved our customer an expensive plumbing bill. We created a landing to accommodate going from an exterior door that swings in to an interior door that swings away with new trim so they can make full use of their addition that was built. Now on to laying the flooring!!

Tear down the walls!!! I Can’t wait to see the finished product on this one. The customer will be doing their flooring and paint and I’ll be going back to take pictures of this wondering transformation.
