Hello to our loyal and valued customers,

Hope you are well and in good spirits!

We are reaching out to you on to today as we are gearing up to begin our upcoming lawn care season. As you are all aware we all have been experiencing the effects of inflation upon us. Due to this, Gunny's lawncare will also have to slightly increase our prices to be able to serve you to the fullest. Edging, tree trimming and landscaping are still all available at an additional cost. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, transparency, as well as amazing service. If you are interested in remaining on our schedule for the 2022 calendar please reply to this email as soon as possible.

Also this year we will be implementing a customer referral program; for each customer, you refer to us that receive a one-time service, we will provide you with a $5 off credit; any referral that is reoccurring will get you $10 off of EACH month. As well as enforcing our late fee policy of $10 if the invoice is not paid within 15 days of receiving. There is an option to add a credit card on file which is highly recommended to avoid any such late fees!

Due to the unpredictable North Carolina weather, if your lawn is scheduled to be serviced on a day it rains, your service date will be moved to the next available day. You are not required to be present however ANY yard items need to be removed from the lawn as we can not be held liable for any damages or missing items. If your lawn has toys or trash we will have to reschedule your service at your expense! We can not move trampolines, bikes, or patio furniture to cut under them, but we will cut as close as possible. We will however notify you within 1 business day before our arrival.

Please be advised, we will begin starting back beginning 03/14/2022, and we will have a very strict schedule to keep our prices as low as possible. If we are requested to cut your lawn on a day that is not your scheduled day or we are not in your area you may accrue an additional charge.
