Before and after pics of the basement. I tore out all galvanized water pipes and replaced all of them with pex. Installed a new breaker box ran all new wiring Installed outlet boxs light boxes and light switches framed all of walls, sheetrocked it mudded in sanded and painted the walls the customer is a artist and hand painted all the flowers which turned out really really good. Ps don't ask me to paint flowers on the walls i know someone who is a really really good artist, best u will get from me in the artist department is stick figures

Finished the basement job finally it was just uneven concrete and cinder block walls when I started it took 48 bags of concrete to get it so I could install the flooring it ran all new waterlines. I installed a new breaker box and ran 400 ft of romex

I installed all new windows and fixed the front door, installed the siding and installed all new outside lights. This house should have been condemned. The front walls were 4 inches out of level ceiling joists had fallen down because the tops of the walls had moved out so far the joists and ceiling caved in back walls were 6 inches out of level. We pulled em all in with 4 comalongs
