Weather is finally starting to break for 2023 and we are currently bidding work. We have been getting a lot off calls for property clearing this year and we were so happy to add another. Clearing your property is allowing more useable space, for you, and your family . It is beautifying the area around you. In addition, If you are are thinking of selling, this will increase value to your home and property.

Hi Everyone! Itā€™s officially 2021 and we are so excited for some jobs that have been booking up for this year. We are sorry we didnā€™t post and end of the year reflection with you guys. Inspite of all the challenges and everything that went on in 2020 we are very blessed for everyone who gave us business and continue to send more business. Ok, So itā€™s that time of year when water runoff becomes a problem and every year you say Iā€™ve got to get something done about this! Here is an example of a job we did in McDonald, Every time it rained the back porch of this home would be under water, After talking with the home owner who is really picky about his yard we came up with a fix, That was to regrade his yard adding gentile swells and yard inlets to take in ground water and pipe it away from the home area, I donā€™t know for sure but this may have saved the home owner from spending thousands of dollars on the French drain they installed years earlier. If you have water runoff problems please donā€™t wait give us a call it could save you thousands in the long run.

Imperial Pa. the home wanted a Backyard and we created this from an old wooded area Special thanks to BULLDOG TREE SERVICE for the referral,trees where removed and we came in and cut approx 8 feet of the hillside leaving it at 2 to 1 slope so it could be dressed up after completion level area was compacted as we went along to prevent settling and a 1% slope was added so it would not hold water because the customer wanted this to be a fire pit area (see photos) also they have an in ground pool and water would rush into it during a heavy rain we put a swell around the perimeter to prevent this from happening. Again we come with 30+ years of experience If you want it done wright! If want it done cheap I have 1/2 dozen names of ā€œcontractorsā€you can call just PM me no problem. If Iā€™m going to do it it will be wright!

Stump removal, regrading, water control,and 100 Ton of landscape rock with heavy duty Geo fabric, drainage was along the entire top of slope for water control, ( This gives longevity to the 100 Ton of landscape rock) also the fabric was anchored into the ditch for security of the installed R #4 River Rock, The stone along the garage is a French drain to control the amount of water that would rush against the building during a heavy rain. Also the top of the slope was raised an average of 18" to make it mowing friendly, Beautiful and functional, This comes with 30 years of experience and just being a**l as Hell!
