On this project, we came out and redid the living room/dining room. We ripped out this glued down hardwood. We installed a 7“ x 48“ laminate, and then finished off with 5 1/4 baseboards and shoe.

On this project…. We came out and redid this laundry room floor.
Area was emptied out and all the demo was already completed. We started by installing uncoupling membrane underlayment, tiled a 2“ x 10“ porcelain, grouted, and finished off with new shoe throughout the perimeter.

On this project, we came out and revamped this master bedroom. The carpet was already torn out prior to our arrival. We only installed the vinyl plank. Trim work to be done by others.

On this project…. We came in and completed this shower that was already in process. We did not do the demo. Majority of the cement board was done. After discussing the project with the homeowners, we decided to build and frame in a bench and niche in the back wall, a custom pan, waterproofed everything, tiled a 12 x 24 porcelain on the walls, hand placed all individual stones in the pan, solid surface stone pieces for the curb top, bench top, and niche ledge. Finished off with LVP on the floor and new base boards. We also finished some flooring in the bedroom, hallway closet, and the staircase.

On this project… I would like to welcome you to the New Foxhole Pizza and Pub in McHenry! After about two years of being closed, it is under new management and reopened for the public! This pizzeria has been part of McHenry for decades. The Mural was painted in 1960.
We installed this 9“ x 54“ LVP and completed with brand new baseboards.

On this project, we came out and installed this 9“ x 52” LVP throughout the foyer, kitchen, master bath and family room. Also installed new 12x24in tile for the harth of the fireplace. Completed with all new baseshoe and transitions where needed. We were the third flooring contractors in here to try and complete the project. The last two were unable to successfully fix the unlevelness of the subfloor. Homeowners were told they have to have carpet. They were also told they have to have carpet on the one stair in the bathroom. I told them we can put in the hard surface flooring, we’re just gonna have to do some major prep work and that’s what we did. A lot of self-leveling and skim coating to get the subfloor to where we needed it. Then sanded the floor down smooth. We were very successful at getting the floor flat and allowing the floor to lay nice. 2yrs they waited for this floor. We are extremely happy we were able to finish this project for them.

On this project, we came out and redid this original shower from 1963. This was the homeowners first major project since purchasing the home. We were honored to be the ones to make the transformation. We demoed the original shower, built and constructed a custom pan,installed waterproof wall board, installed a niche, classic 3 x 6“ subway tile, 2x2 sheet for the floor and niche and finished with black grout.

On this project, we came out and redid this basment floor after an unfortunate flood from a bad sump pump. Demo was already completed prior to our arrival, we layed down a premium 1/8 underlayment, installed a 5“ x 48“ laminate, and finished with all brand new shoe throughout the perimeter.

We demoed this blast from the past today! Original shower and Terrazzo pan with a lead liner from 1963. There was newspaper in the concrete for whatever reason and it was preserved. We couldn’t find a piece with a date, but the ads and headlines we were able to make out were some thing about President Kennedy, we can make out ads for a rifle, Brunswick bowling ball and shoes. But the wild part is 63 was also the year Kennedy was assassinated…🤔

On this project, we came out and redid this brand new shower. We were originally called out as there was a pan failure and it needed to be addressed. We first discussed replacing just the pan, but then we went the route of redoing everything.
Demoed the existing Shower, built a custom pan, installed all brand new waterproof wall board, tiled with a 12 x 24 porcelain tile and hexagon for the pan and niche. Solid surface curb and pony wall tops.
