This is a pondless stream with waterfalls. We did the stamped concrete and some really nice layer cake style stamped concrete steps. A lot of work behind the scenes. We still have to seal the concrete bring out the colors. A very cool job and the owner was thrilled!

That’s a wrap on this job! We got this done last winter through the rains. It was a challenge, but a beautiful outcome. I really like the two level retaining wall. The outdoor lights really bring those plants to life at night. The pavers were a perfect accent to the wall. The artificial turf area is great for the dogs, the gray colored-sand finish concrete ties off the hot tub area, and the sound of the waterfall is a melody throughout the entire yard!

I went to visit this project we completed last year to see what the plants looked like after they were established. I was blown away by how beautiful it is. Genevive Schmidt did the planting and we did all the hardscaping. 😁

Heroes come in all shapes and sizes and for Sequoia Humane Society, we are celebrating the new shape of our entrance area that had been flooded. Kyle, owner of Humboldt Landscape, was able to determine where the water was flooding in from, repair the drainage and fill the area. He added several large decorative boulders to frame the area. We are thrilled with the work Kyle and his assistant Jesus completed today!

Here’s the finished product. Light gray, sand finished concrete steppers, with Shasta pink rock in the gravel gaps. I think it came out great and it’s a really unique look. The client is stoked as well!
