⚠️ Broken garage door spring → back in business.

Today’s repair involved a very heavy wood garage door with a broken torsion spring. On a door this heavy, the spring system does the hard work of counterbalancing the weight so the door can operate safely and smoothly.

We removed the failed spring setup and installed new torsion springs properly suited for the weight of the door.

The difference is easy to see, and even more important when operating the door.

If you notice a visible gap in your spring, your garage door suddenly feels extremely heavy, or your opener struggles to lift the door, stop operating it and have the spring system inspected.
