We just installed this first floor project! Walls were removed,new hardwood floors merged with old, lots of custom built-ins, kitchen refresh with newly painted cabinets, quartzite countertops and pet friendly furnishings. Can’t wait for the professional photos to be taken. I loved when our sweet client said ‘we took their spaces from something they ‘put up with’ to something out of a magazine’. Love my job!!!

Beautiful handmade custom walnut cabinetry made this modern ranch style home a showplace of organic style and natural materials. Nestled atop a hill on 450 acres west of Warrenton, Va. the inside of this custom home mirrored its surroundings and was one of our top most creative and enjoyable projects at PBI. The clients ‘the skies the limit” mindset, her amazing art collection, beautiful artifacts from their travels and a barn full of precious animals was a dream come true for us to work with. We have to pinch ourselves that we call this “work” and get to have a hand in beautiful properties like this. More photos to come from the uber talented who is an absolute joy to work with.

When the kitchen function and view next to the living room needs to be improved, we put most of the storage behind doors and quieted the visual ‘busy-ness’. A statement light fixture and custom walnut island/ table upleveled the sophistication factor.
