You will start as a service technician with the goal of quickly becoming a crew leader.
Once you are competent as a service technician you will be trained to be a crew leader and trained to manage other team members. You will be trained to clean windows, power wash commercial buildings, climb ladders, operate lifts and use rope access to clean windows on high rises and supervise others.
If you have limited or no experience we will start you out on hourly pay and give you substantial increases as your training progresses.
Work week is Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30 pm. We have periods of time where we are out of town for those days in which case hotel stay and per diem is provided.
The businesses we work for require state and federal background checks as well as child abuse clearences. Applicants must also pass a preemployment drug screen.
