Here we had a major water leak inside the house. Client committed to a few hours for me to pull the siding back up some shingles off and diagnose the leak. Roofing company had replaced the roof two times so three installs postaddition ( the conduit and siding there is an addition right there in the corner where the leak was. ) quickly determined that while the roof may have been replaced the flashing never was there was also large holes in the flashing. With the addition above it was like a funnel for the water. In the room underneath, there was a total loss all the ceiling drywall was damaged in all flooring was damaged. Baseboard was damaged as well. Drywall was damaged 1 foot high all the way around.
We removed everything we put one piece 18 inch flashing 12ft.

Here we had a home built in the 1910 in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Windowsill was rotten out
We opted for a replacement versus a rebuild
Ordered our Custom Windows through Provia
Finish trimmed used on the exterior was 5/4 select board. Finish trim used on the interior was three-quarter select board. Table saw and miter into place. Quad Max used for the exterior Phenoseal for the interior.

Here we had a burst pipe due to the winter temperatures here in Virginia. We got called here to do some patchwork. Client is not interested in sanding or painting so we cut some drywall and installed some drywall taped and mudded multiple layers scraped and mudded. Is concludes this drywall repair.
