We’re so excited to officially introduce Camila as part of our team during this season while I’m away on maternity leave.

Camila completed her internship with us, and throughout that time she quickly became such an important part of our projects and daily operations. Her creativity, organization, and passion for interior design truly stood out from the beginning. She has a great eye for design, loves working with clients, and is always willing to go above and beyond to help bring each vision to life.

Camila is currently finishing her final year of Interior Design at VCU and we are so proud to continue having her as part of our team. During my maternity leave, she will be helping take charge of many areas of our projects, assisting clients, supporting selections, and helping keep everything running smoothly.

We know she’s going to do an amazing job, and we’re excited for all of you to continue getting to know her throughout this journey. Please help us give Camila a warm welcome!

For this bathroom, we focused on a cosmetic refresh that made a huge difference. We replaced the vanity cabinets, updated the light fixtures, and installed new mirrors. With just these changes, the entire bathroom feels brighter, more modern, and refreshed.

Today I celebrate my life and the second anniversary of Remodeling VA.

Two years ago, I officially made the decision to create Remodeling VA to step out in faith, to believe in the vision God placed in my heart, and to build something of my own. What once felt like an unexpected coincidence between my birthday and my business anniversary now feels like confirmation that everything was aligned for a reason.

These past two years have been filled with growth, challenges, long days, bold decisions, and beautiful transformations. And this year carries even deeper meaning I’m joyfully expecting our baby. This season has reminded me that both life and business are built with faith, patience, and love.

I am beyond grateful to God for His guidance, to my husband for his constant support, and to my family for standing beside me every step of the way. And to our clients thank you. So many of you started as projects and became true friendships. That has been one of the greatest blessings of this journey.

Every challenge has shaped me. Every home has trusted me. Every relationship has strengthened me.

Here’s to two years of Remodeling VA, to motherhood, to bold decisions, and to all the beautiful milestones still ahead.
