A project doesn't end when the ribbon is cut.

A few years ago, Tate Construction Group completed the full renovation of Peregrine Senior Living in Clifton Park. Since then, we've continued to support the facility through ongoing room turnovers and improvements, helping maintain the quality and comfort residents deserve.

Long-term relationships like this are something we take great pride in. It's one thing to complete a renovation—it's another to earn the trust to keep coming back year after year.

Today we remember the heroes who gave everything for our freedom.

Memorial Day is more than a holiday — it’s a time to honor the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of the men and women who never made it home. Their sacrifice allows us the opportunity to live, work, build, and raise our families in freedom every day.

This deck features stunning Toasted Sand boards, hard wired Trex lighting to illuminate the space and beautiful matching railings to tie in the space. Our clients dream mudroom is finished! This room didn’t exist prior to their renovation, we built a brand new extension off their main entrance to bring their vision to life! We decked out the mudroom head to toe with custom built-ins, custom blended stain, and beautiful porcelain tile. We added some stunning finishing touches to tie the room in with the rest of the clients home including black walnut wooden floating benches, rustic corrugated metal trim and of course accent lights to show off the metal antler hooks!
