Welcome to Odd Jobs Unlimited, a general contracting service with a focus on residential maintenance and repair.
Here are Geordan's areas of expertise:
- Finish carpentry, including trim
- Repairs of fencing, furniture, etc.
- Drywall, interior painting and finishes
- Seasonal weatherization
- Kit assembly for furniture, home gyms, etc.
- Oddball fixes or trouble-shooting
- Small jobs are great! No job is too small or unusual to consider for estimate.
We do not do electrical, plumbing, roofing or full-scale flooring.
From Geordan:
- I am dependable. I return calls, honor all appointments and arrive on time.
- I track my time and materials carefully to bill with accuracy and fairness.
- I only accept jobs that I know I can complete with quality, accuracy and timeliness.
- I have lived in the Rogue Valley for almost 30 years. I spent most of the 1990s working locally as a handyman and subcontractor, and then I spent last 20 years working seasonally for the US Antarctic Program at McMurdo Station, most recently as a Construction Superintendent of 30+ persons. Now that we are back to living full time in Medford, I am looking forward to resuming a handyman-repair business once again.
We are excited about forging relationships with local homeowners and building our own reputation for quality workmanship and personal integrity in the area that we call home.
