Reimagining the North Gate of Medford, Oregon

Since its founding in 2000 by Elijah Jordan, Structure Vision has focused on forward-thinking, integrated design solutions that blend architecture, planning, and construction into cohesive, buildable visions. Today, the firm brings that same philosophy to one of Southern Oregon’s most strategically positioned yet underutilized areas: the North Gate of Medford.

This proposal reimagines the aging commercial landscape as a vibrant, connected, mixed-use destination—anchored by adaptive reuse, hospitality, housing, and sports entertainment.

Revitalizing the Rogue Valley Mall (1985 → Future-Ready)
At the heart of the plan is the transformation of the Rogue Valley Mall, originally constructed in 1985. Like many malls of its era, it now faces declining foot traffic and shifting retail dynamics. Rather than demolition, Structure Vision proposes adaptive reuse as a catalyst for renewal.
