Another roof transformation completed!

This one was a pretty big change. The home previously had green shingles that had lost so many granules you could hardly tell they were green. Before that, it was red.
This time, the homeowner decided to go in a completely different direction with blue shingles — or as our client called it, “Smurf Turf.” 😂

During this project, we completed the roofing on the:

-Main house
-Rear apartment
-Pump house
-Dog house

All with matching shingles throughout and high-profile ridge cap
The end result is a completely refreshed home with a clean, consistent look across all of the structures.

Are you unsure when to have your roof inspected? Here's a quick and simple guide to keep your roof in great shape.

🏠 If you have a newer roof (0-5 years):

One of our biggest transformations to date.

About 10 weeks ago, this property was in rough shape from years of neglect and damage from previous occupants. The roof was completely worn out, the interior needed major demo and rebuilding, and the backyard had been left untouched for decades.

Today it’s a completely different home.

This full renovation included extensive interior and exterior improvements throughout the property — from the roof, siding, paint, flooring, and lighting to fully remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, custom tile work, updated finishes, landscaping cleanup, and much more.

Projects like this take a lot of coordination, problem solving, and long days, but seeing the final result makes it worth it. Proud of the work our crew and trade partners put into bringing this property back to life.
