Full transformation on this one. We took the home completely down to the studs and rebuilt it the right way. Brand new insulation, drywall, fresh paint throughout, new windows, and beautifully refinished hardwood floors bringing everything back to life. 🏠

The kitchen features a custom Fabuwood setup with a stunning white quartz waterfall island paired with champagne bronze fixtures for a clean, timeless look. The main bathroom is finished with beautiful green subway tile and a sleek 60” floating vanity, while the downstairs bathroom was upgraded with a Schluter Ditra heated floor system for added comfort.🔥

We also installed a brand new high-efficiency heat pump system with AC condenser, along with all new trim and baseboard throughout the entire home.🧼

This one was a full refresh , custom red oak posts + handrail, clean modern black balusters, and a whole new look that completely changed the feel of the entry. Strong, timeless, and built to last!

While we were there, we also had to correct a shoddy attic access install done by a bank contractor. Framed it properly, cleaned it up, and installed a new attic door the right way. No shortcuts. No patchwork fixes. Just solid carpentry.

Fun one from over the summer ! Loving this project deep in the Pines 🌲💪 From a full bathroom remodel with large-format tile and clean mitered niches to a budget-friendly half-bath upgrade, this one had it all. We refinished all the hardwood throughout, brought every wall up to a smooth level-5 finish after removing that classic 1970s wallpaper, then painted all walls and ceilings for a fresh, clean reset. Added new recessed lighting, updated fans, installed luxury vinyl tile in the kitchen, and ran a brand-new washer and dryer hookup. Wrapped it all up with a full back-porch refresh to bring the whole home together. Grateful for the opportunity and the trust on another fun transformation in the Pines. 🔨✨ www.pappyandsons.com
