Hey everyone , just wanted to make a quick post to give heads up that I'm going to be making some price adjustments within the company to come along with this new year ! Not necessarily everything will be going up in price though but for the most part , sadly to stay afloat and keep up with the market and prices of materials and labor etc. etc. and everything else in the backside of running and operating a business I'm going to have to raise my prices atleast a little bit , but the amounts will differ based on the type of work it is or the type of job it is that I'm doing , as sometimes I charge just by the job and just a flat set rate to do the job regardless how long it takes or what it takes , but other times I charge just an hourly rate , it all depends on the job and the type of work that it is but moving forward my lowest hourly rate for the cheapest work that I do will now be at minimum $30 an hour and that's per employee so if I have anymore of my workers with me the charge will be $30 per hour per person or if you (the customer) prefer me to then I can just charge you a flat rate for the job that I'm doing so that you pay that set amount no matter what the job takes or how long it may take , I hope this finds everyone well and Happy New Year's to everybody out there hope everyone stays safe an has a great night and a great ending to the year ! A few before and afters of a small job I recently did for one of my recurring customers , forgot to take most pictures on this job cause there was a lot more work that I had done there that day but these are just a few that I did take , trying to get more into the habit of remembering to take pictures before I start a job an then take the after pictures of when I'm finished cause sometimes the difference is massive and looks amazing by the time I'm done with it so I'm definitely going to start taking more before and afters of all my work

Got all of the kitchen floor up , other then a couple of squares for me to step across an get through to the other area and get around on cause before I can lay any of the fresh wood down I've got to replace these floor trusses , not sure how well it's able to be seen in the pictures but every single floor truss is completely just rotted out and brittle and basically falling apart plus can see where someone has already tried to scab the trusses with a few short runs of newer wood 🤦🙃😂 but not us ! We do the job right the FIRST time to avoid future issues and to just do the job to the fullest extent and go above and beyond ! So all floor trusses are going to be replaced and then I can start laying down some fresh plywood and get this place starting to look somewhat normal again ! Still a ton of work to do though but can't wait to show off how beautiful I have this place looking by the time I'm finished !

Another small job for a customer who's dog had dug a damn cave in the backyard ! 🤣 Well actually did the job for a Realtor from Curri properties ! And they wanted to get it done for as cheap as possible so I got it taken care of for under $100 for them ! He's selling the house and fixing up and tightening things up getting it all looking good and they hired me just to refill the hole from the dogs digging but pictures don't even do it justice this thing really was like a cave or beginning of a tunnel system ! 😂🤦 I could have laid down inside of this hole and still had space , but thankfully all the misplaced dirt was near by around it still so got it filled in an packed in for him as well as leveled and graded the ground on and around it to make it look nice and pretty and look like nothing even happened ! Like I say no job to big or to SMALL I do it ALL ! give me a call !

Beautiful day to be working on the water in a Marina Lodge down in Sebastian ! 🤣😂🤦🤷 More pictures of finished work to come but did some light punch out stuff today replaced 4 mirrors as well as replaced 4 vanity lights to some more updated ones , this is just the bottom floor of units but it's 3 stories tall ! I'll definitely get more pictures tomorrow , no job to big or to small I do it ALL !
