After surface conditioner is applied, it’s time spray the soffit and get some wall color on. This particular customer wanted black fascia to match their storm gutters, and the soffit the same white used on the walls. As you can see I’ve protected all of the fascia I’ve already painted as well as ensure the roof will be safe from any overspray. When you hire Vinnie’s Innovative Painting, you’re paying for all the little nuances and attention to detail that not all painting contractors will provide. Painting the exterior of a house involves a lot more than “just painting”. I start by digging back grass and/or rocks around the edge of the house, pressure washing, protecting windows and any other items in the vicinity, and then I’ll apply Rich Flex surface conditioner all before applying any of the finish paint. The process is inspected every step of the way providing customers with a 10 year warranty on the paint job. Stay tuned to see more along the way of the current project I’m working on.
