Excited to be moving forward on the expansion of this self-storage development in Central Islip, NY. This project consists of two new additions to the site, including a 2-story, 37,800 SF climate-controlled facility and an 8,800 SF single-story drive-up storage building.

Situated on approximately 6 acres, this project continues the growth of a modern self-storage campus designed to serve the evolving needs of the community. Looking forward to bringing these next phases to life.
