Customers had a hug dip in the floor. We went under the home to inspect and found 7 broke floor joist. So we did a complete gut and reframe. Also dug footings for blocks and installed new moisture barrier. And topped it off with 2 layers of 3/4 subflooring. Wrapped up before Christmas. Once new floor is installed we will go back install new shoe mold.

We replaced 5 sets of window sashes and re-built all the exterior jambs and trim. Also installed all new window casing on the interior and new window stools caulked and painted and Reinstalled plantion shutters.

Nothing like hitting stumps and roots in over half the post holes. Slowed us down but we manged to get 18 holes dug for 6×6 post.(half way there got another 18 to go). Weather permitting we will be back at it again tomorrow.

And by the way the post in the pictures are not set and leveled yet...
