Richard the Lion. 🦁
It’s been a while since I made a stuffie, especially one for kids so this was a fun project.
I especially love his mane.
Pattern is from ‘s book Crochet A Zoo which I’ve had for years and made several toys from when I was first starting to make stuffed toys.
Yarn is DK worsted weight and I used a smaller 3.75mm crochet hook to keep the fabric tight.

I grew up listening to Wicked, and it was really the show that made me love musical theatre, as well as the first show I saw at almost 14 years ago
It was so much fun seeing again a few weeks ago and I loved it just as much this time, especially sharing it with special people at the same place I saw it.

Well it’s September and Sbux has launched the Pumpkin Spice Latte (🤮) so that means it’s fall. Even though it’s still hot and I’m not sure when I will be able to wear a sweater. I can escape into fall fantasy though by making pumpkins. And I have. I currently have pumpkins covering almost every surface, so if you want one just let me know and I can get you one (or several).

Fall and Christmas orders are starting to come in and I love it. Fall is my favorite time of year and pumpkins are one of my favorite things to make so it’s a perfect combo!
