Thanks to this builder for trusting us for his final exterior clean, final grade, and the installation of 26 rolls of Bermuda sod! The yard being completed really brought this new construction to life‼️ it’s hitting the market this month if you know any friends or family looking, Whitehaven‼️

Client had 3 holes 🕳️ in 2 of their bathroom doors and guess what ⁉️ the lease 📝 was up and it was time to move out🚫‼️ there was a few items throughout that would have cause them to not ❌get their $2000 💸💸deposit back. I fixed a handful of items, patches, and paint touch up’s in a few hours. These doors 🤷🏾‍♂️- I told him I would have to take them to the lab (the 🏡) to operate on! I had these repaired enough to pass inspection and just got word my client received their $2000 check ‼️💪🏾💪🏾

The cool thing is I only charged 💲7️⃣5️⃣ per hole to fix and I stayed up all night getting it done‼️
