•Closed circuit television (CCTV) systems
•Access control systems
•Burglar alarm
•Fire Alarm


♨️Minimum Requirements♨️

•High School diploma or equivalent
•2 year technical certification, apprenticeship program, or on the job training.
•Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
•Must pass a full background check
•Must be able to work from elevated heights

♨️Physical Requirements♨️

•Must be able to lift 70 pounds
•Position requires sitting, standing, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
•Position requires bending, stooping, kneeling or squatting on a daily basis. May be up to 30% of the day
•Position requires driving to and from customer sites daily

Titan Low Voltage, LLC is currently seeking low voltage lead field & service technicians to be the face of our technology division during system installations, ongoing construction projects and end user service calls.

Responsibilities And Duties

Oversee system installations to be completed as designed
Run dispatched service calls to troubleshoot and diagnose system failures
Perform preventative maintenance as required by annual contracts
Document all work performed and close out all activities upon completion
Maintain a professional appearance and follow established safety standards
Professionally communicate to customers about services performed
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to for occasional (as needed) out of town travel

Working Knowledge

Closed circuit television (CCTV) systems
Access control systems
Burglar alarm (security)
Fire alarm


Competencies

Mechanical and electronic aptitude
Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
Strong accuracy and detail oriented with all paperwork
Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations and service oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be self-starter, work with minimal supervision and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Great oral and written communication skills
