Flight House is a custom-designed three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom residential condominium located in the vibrant heart of downtown Memphis. This project is a modern transformation of a former banquet space, reimagined into a refined and luxurious urban residence.

With a focus on clean lines, thoughtful spatial planning, and high-end finishes, Flight House offers a fresh approach to downtown living—balancing contemporary comfort with the character of its historic setting

No matter the size of the project, when we sign on, UrbanARCH sticks with you every step of the way.

We had the privilege of working on the renovation of Concourse B at the Memphis International Airport, completed in February 2022, transformed the aging facility into a modern gateway.

Guided by integration, energy efficiency, and well-being, the design responds to users, preserves the building’s architectural logic, incorporates smart glazing and daylight strategies, and creates comfortable, light-filled spaces that connect people to art and the outdoors.

The Crow Residence from planning to reality!

This adaptive project allowed us the opportunity to reimagine a century-old former bank building located in downtown Memphis, Tennessee. Completed in November 2020, the project transformed the 4,350-square-foot structure into a cohesive mixed-use space featuring a ground-floor coffee shop and a private family residence on the upper floors.

The design paid homage to its historic aesthetic while carefully incorporating touches of modern elements that enhanced the architecture’s usability, function, and value for its owners, occupants, and the surrounding community.

Two of our leaders, Brian Bullard and Ryan Morris, recently traveled to Washington, DC for the annual AIA National Leadership Summit to advocate on behalf of the architecture profession. Alongside nearly 600 architects on Capitol Hill, they proudly represented UrbanARCH, Memphis, and Tennessee.

The group was welcomed into the office of Steve Cohen, where meaningful conversations took place around key legislation impacting our profession. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to represent our community on a national stage and to advocate for the profession we truly love.
