Excited to see progress on our Brooklyn townhouse project - 5 luxury apartments and another floor goes up!! Our approach was to create a simple and lasting design - both luxurious and understated. By maximizing space and utilizing the connection to the outdoors we were able to build on the narrative of the surrounding context. Each apartment is unique, united by a common story and sensitive to the innate human desire for belonging, autonomy and identity. Each aspect has been crafted beautifully w natural materials to emphasize its timelessness.

Outdoor spaces are an extension and continuation of indoor spaces. In this multi-residential development we created a tiered layout in the interior courtyard. Our intention was to create outdoor entertainment spaces that integrate with more intimate spaces - that allow visual connections and share in multiple experiences. Esp. in outdoor spaces - simplicity is enormously powerful - using essential geometric shapes can ground each area within the garden while allowing for an easy sense of flow. The result : stepped gardens - olive grove - central fireplace - hidden nooks - outdoor lounges and options for outdoor dining. Team:
