A close up of the best operable pergola on the market. Our weather changes fast and we can too! I comment that it closes slowly. Because it’s a nice smooth close. The closing takes 15 seconds with is fast.

It stopped raining. Now the sun is out. Because of the unique interlocking sculpted louvers there should be minimal drips on the area below. So if your a restaurant, your ready to accept guests ! If at home, you are ready to entertain without having to put down towels on couches and wipe down all your furniture. This video captures what we do! This is one of our most recent Transporter Awnings. We made the customized frame and the Canopy/Awning. This Canopy/Awning has printed Graphics vs Vinyl add on. To make an Awning with printed graphics is a whole different process. We have to make from birds eye view and the underside, making sure things line up and that the graphic is centered. These awnings play an important role for the race teams. They use the area below as their garage, for hospitality , and to protect them from the sun. You can get an idea of where the cars will enter/exit once the side curtains are attached and rolled up. The cars are usually stored in the upper portion of the transporter where the pit crew is lowering and raising the tailgate. We are thankful To Meyer Shank for their business and allowing us to video the set up and the take down of their awning. I make a few cameos in the video. It was really cool to know that I made the top portion of this awning. A year ago I could not! There is so much involved in making them. I'm grateful to our team for teaching me all the steps. Now I can better understand the needs of our customers.

HISTORY: We started out as High Tech Transporter Awnings with our original trailer company, High Tech Performance Trailers. In 2012, High Tech Trailers and Awnings began operating under the banner of The Bruce Companies and Bruce High Performance Transporter Awnings remained a sought-after option for our trailer customers that needed a quality awning. We have since branched out into the Commercial Awning business, and we now do much more than just transporter awnings. Effective September 1, 2014, Bruce Custom Awnings acquired Hogan Awnings, formerly of Grand River, Ohio. Jim Hogan and his complete staff of awning fabricators and sewers have joined our company to carry on the thirty-one years of commercial awning design, fabrication, installation, set up and take down, as well as cleaning, repairs and graphics. Now under the name Bruce Custom Awnings, we offer the same quality products our customers have always relied on - we just offer more options. IN-HOUSE DESIGN, ENGINEERING, PRODUCTION & GRAPHICS: We are the one-stop, turnkey solution for your awning project, from concept and design, in-house engineering, fabrication of framework and canopy, to hardware installation and optional setup, all at our facility. When it comes to adding those attention-grabbing graphics, we will work with your ready-to-print artwork, or you can utilize our preferred local vendors to make your design concept a reality.
