Dear Frenz Garden Center Loyal Customers,
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jessie and I am the new owner of the Frenz Garden Store Front in Thiensville, Wi. The store will be changing names (Brush and Blooms) and a new sign is planned to go up in the next few months. Please follow Brush and Blooms for all new store updates and news and contact us at our new store number (262) 933-9683.
I plan on still keeping the well known Frenz’s Charm while making a few changes along the way. We will still provide our mass variety of plants and shrubs in the summer, garden supply, bird seed and accessories, a great house plant selection, gifts, plus everything that you look forward to in the changing of seasons. NEW to the store will be NEW inventory coming January - April, and in-person classes that focus on planting, gardening, and art.
Some of you I have already met and may have helped with your flower, plant, and gardening needs. Others, I may be a new face so I would like to tell you a little about myself.
I grew up on a farm in Mequon, Wisconsin and started going to Frenz Garden Store with my parents and grandma at a very young age. The summer after my first year of college I started working for Jim and Emily and fell in love with the flowers, my coworkers, customers, and the fun atmosphere of Frenz Garden Center.
Fast forward, I worked at Frenz every summer after that and graduated college with a BFA in Art Education and Minor in Art History. I left Frenz’s to pursue my teaching career in 2022-2023 until I got wind that they would like to retire in 2024. I made the hard decision to leave my teaching job and pursue taking over the store. Here I am today and am very excited for this new adventure to come!
I feel truly blessed to have gotten this opportunity to combine all of my passions into one; gardening, people, teaching, marketing and continuous learning. I look forward to this new adventure with all of you and thank you for all your support as well.
