Meet CeCe Carabetta — Co-Owner of J&J.

In an industry largely led by men, CeCe continues to prove that leadership isn’t about fitting a mold, it’s about showing up, working hard, and leading by example. From handling the day-to-day operations that keep J&J moving forward to stepping directly onto the job site, she’s never been afraid to get her hands dirty.

But beyond the business, CeCe’s heart has always been rooted in family, animals, and the farm she grew up on. A lifelong equestrian, she spent her childhood into adulthood professionally competing with horses.

Whether she’s managing projects, operating equipment, or caring for the animals she loves, CeCe represents the grit, compassion, and dedication behind J&J. And as a woman building her own legacy in this field, she’s just getting started.
