When the saw cuts and expansion joints are filled with the right material and ground flush, it’s unlikely to crack due to movement. Exterior patios and concrete are more likely to move and shift. Interior concrete contained within the stem walls are much less likely to move and shift and this is why we recommend this option for interior concrete only. We have never seen it crack before on interior concrete after this service was performed. If it occurs within 15 years It is covered under our warranty

Here is a before and after, another company installed epoxy outside the garage door which is not UV stable. With Polyaspartic flooring we can guarantee the coating to never yellow from UV rays.

This double quartz pool deck contains over 4500 lbs of Quartz Rock. Looks great and was designed for driveways and heavy traffic. Meant to last for decades with minimal upkeep.

We added a band around the perimeter and filled/leveled 3 old drains that were not wanted/needed.

1/8 inch Flake/polyaspartic system for this Patio and Pool deck. Swipe to see the before and after, the client prefers a matte finish to avoid any sparkles so we are going to sand the clear Polyaspartic with 100 grit and add a matte urethane nonslip finish to meet their desires 🙌

This homeowner called us because their previous concrete contractors hadn’t compacted the soil properly prior to pouring the concrete. This left and almost 2 inch lip in the middle of their living room. Our solution was to repair and fill the joint, then level all the concrete to >FF35

You can tell how much we ground off by looking at all the exposed aggregate how it’s faded out. We use this same industrial equipment to prep all of our floors even with new concrete it’s required for optimal adhesion for a floor that will never delaminate or peel overtime.
