What a labor of love! But this laundry room is nearing completion. Ticking off room by room of this beautiful victorian is like uncovering a diamond in the rough. A flooring company had previously told our clients this floor couldn't be saved. I refused to believe that and got to work, lots of sanding, planing and sealing later and it's luster was there all along hiding beneath all that nasty carpet glue. Can't wait to post a final photo of this room all put together and for our lovely clients to ditch their trips to the laundry mat. 😁 Thanks for looking!

Before and after a stunning transformation. Huge shout out to Shane with Beavertail Painting for giving me a hand during this restoration since my mom was taking medical leave. This one of a kind dinning room took a LOT of tlc to scrub and sand all the previous owners grey wash off of this beautiful wood, but by golly it was worth the effort!

As always thanks for looking, I have more pictures of a few other previous projects I hadn't had a chance to post yet.

Today was the grande opening for the Sunset Hollow Ranch at their new Bistro on 1st street! Great food, great people. We stopped there on our lunch, we also recommend the wine they make though we didn't partake today since we're on the clock. They do have family friendly and othee NA beverage options. Be sure to check them out!

Sometimes the prep to "unpaint" takes longer than the re-painting process. Was happy to find these beautiful vintage piece underneath all the old paint. Still have a lot of k***s left to fix in this house but it's so worth it to preserve the character of this beautiful home.

Progress is coming along nicely in this hall between the kitchen and bathroom. Tied in the two spaces with a bit of wallpaper that's the same pattern as what's in both rooms. Attention to detail is everything, now on to painting the trim!

Some people are better with visuals so we are always happy to help with a custom vision board of the colors and wallcoverings we are installing for them. They are then able to best pick other fixtures and finishes to suit their renovation projects, such as these beautiful dolomite countertops!

This full kitchen transformation is closing in, we are so excited to share the final results.
