CONTRACTOR - $2,800-$3500 dollars.

CLIENT: That’s too expensive for this job.

CONTRACTOR: How much do you think it should cost?

CLIENT: $800 max! It’s a simple job!
CONTRACTOR: I can’t do the job for so little.

CLIENT: People in your line of work wants to make too much of a huge profit! Don't you do sports and coach kids as well and social media stuff cut me a deal?

CONTRACTOR: I’m sorry you feel this way. Why don’t you do the job?

CLIENT: But, I don’t know how to do any of that.

CONTRACTOR: For $900, I can teach you everything you need to know to do the job. You can then use $800 to do the job, and you’re still saving $1,100. Also, you will obtain all the knowledge and the experience for the next time you need to do this job better than YouTube university.

CLIENT: Deal!

CONTRACTOR: Great! To start, you need to buy tools. You will need a chipping hammer, a nail gun, a laser, a drill, a mixer machine, PPE, and some other things.

CLIENT: But, I don’t have any of those tools and I can’t buy all that for just one job!

Happy Easter Everyone.

Hello All Blue Collar Workers.

Take this time this weekend to remind yourself why you do what you do! Why you work so hard for customers but most importantly your family!. Take the time to breath, relax, clear your mind! Since covid19 this field has become a cluster of messes. Unlicensed contractors running around doing shady work or stealing from customers.

I want to remind you this field isn't easy and has tons of sacrifices and hardships but don't ever give up! It's very rewarding to see a happy Customer get what the wanted and that's why we do this.

Remember!
1. Always communicate with your customer, crews, and project leaders.
2. Take time to breath and keep calm regardless of situation always keep a calm mind set.
3. Always treat your employees with respect and kindness but remember that goes both ways.
4. Always do everything legal and per the book( this will save you a lot of issues)
5. Always set reasonable expectations with a customer and don't push yourself.
6. Work at a good pace.

Calm and collect is the way, I understand employees and customer's can be difficult and hard to work with or guide but just breath and sometimes walk away and clear your mind for you can respond accordingly instead of irrational and possibly make situations worse.
