Customers are our number one priority!!! “We love our misting system, and so we do our best to keep it well-maintained. I was previously working with Aqua Science, and I paid them over $200 in March to complete our Spring maintenance/"turn-on" service. However, only a few weeks after Aqua Science serviced our system and assured us that the system looked "great," our pump broke and started spraying water everywhere. I called Aqua Science, and they wanted to charge me another $200 just to take a look (not actually fix) the problem. Additionally, they told me that they would not be available to look at the pump for at least another SIX weeks. By then we would have been well into summer, and what's the point of having an expensive misting system if we can't actually use it when it's hot out?? I called another company, Senor Mist, and they told me that they would "call me back in a week or so." Again, not very helpful. I finally called AZ Misting Pros, and they returned my call the very next day. The gentleman I spoke to (Paul Ortiz) was polite and offered to come out and give me an estimate the SAME DAY. He was on time, knowledgeable, did not charge me for the quote (which, by the way, was very fair and slightly cheaper than the competition), and I'm scheduled to have my system up and running again by next week. I highly recommend this company!” Thank you Elizabeth!!!
