Built a pergola, primed and painted.

Another demolition. Opened up the kitchen with the livingroom. Raised the ciling in the kitchen and hallway. Removed all the old insulation. Reframed and added new insulation. Added a skylight in the kitchen and one in the livingroom. Also removed all the flooring and popcorn ceiling. Added new drywall where needed and made all walls and ceilingssmooth. Primed and painted as well.

Wasnt able to get an offical after but will update when available.

Removed all windows, waterproofed and sealed. Stucco and textured. Also sealed and caulked inside

Opened up the living room. Removed some walls, the flooring, raised the ceiling in the hallway, added new beams and insulation, new drywall sheets and drywalled. Also did some electrical work.

Looks like a new pool deck! 😁

Grinded parts on the pool deck then patched, primed and painted.
Added new expansion joint caps too.

Also Grinded cracks in the concrete in front and patched.

Looks like a new home! 😲

Pressure washed, caulked and primed where needed. Covered all floors, windows, ect. Dark trim and pop outs with a light body color.

Removed all soffit and trim, had it squared out and added new ones. Pressure washed, primed, then painted. Totally different look!

Pressure washed the whole house thoroughly to remove all chalkiness. Then primed, patched and painted. Came out great!
