This week, we’re excited to showcase a project where we helped a customer in St. George, UT, protect their garage from insects and the elements. With the high number of bugs in the area, they wanted a solution to keep their garage as sealed as possible. Our team expertly installed weather trim to achieve a tight seal.

We also installed a durable Lincoln 1000 door in non-insulated sandstone, along with a 87504 belt drive motor for smooth and quiet operation.

🎥 Tuesday Tips & Tricks with A Plus Garage Doors 🎥

Welcome back to another edition of Tuesday Tips & Tricks! Today, Joseph from A Plus Garage Doors is here to show you how to set the up and down limits on your new LiftMaster garage door opener.

The need to do a reset on your opener occurs when your opener is either:
1. Non responsive
2. Traveling too far up or down

This is typically caused by power loss, or the door hitting an obstruction when moving.

The learn button methods shown in this video are used for Liftmaster and Chamberland models 2011-2024

Start by Hitting the Center Button: This will activate the limit setting mode.

Adjust the Up Limit: When the up arrow lights up, hold it until the door starts going up. Once the door reaches your desired open position, hit the center button to set the limit.

Adjust the Down Limit: Now, do the same for the down arrow. Hold it until the door starts going down and stops at your preferred closed position, then hit the center button to set the limit.

And there you have it! Your LiftMaster is now set to open and close exactly how you need it.
