It’s all in the details!!!

Just wrapped up another massive exterior home painting job in New Orleans (Gentilly). You can never go wrong with classic black and white exterior finishes especially when you use the right products. This home is near a body of water and has to deal with more dampness and humidity than most southern homes which means more algae buildup. On this home, we used a special paint that cleans the surface and repels algae every time it rains. How about that for working smarter and not harder?😎

Here’s another recent completed project with before & after pictures of a home renovation in old Jefferson.

*Interior paint job- walls, ceilings, trim, crown/baseboards, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry

*Electrical- update all lighting fixtures and fans, install new recessed lighting

*Front and back door removed and new custom glass doors installed

*Old fence removed and new 8’ fence installed with reinforced fence posts and treated wood

- sanded, stripped and refinished with mahogany stain

- old bathroom and kitchen sink fixtures removed and replaced with updated fixtures

- all interior and exterior doorknobs and cabinet hardware removed and replaced with modern black finish fixtures

*Kitchen Island Renovation- barstool height with snack bar and exposed raw brick transformed to countertop height, new quartz top, new undermount sink and painted brink front
