Today, we mourn the loss of not just an employee, but a beloved member of our APS family, Mrs. Patti Glenn.
For 14 years, Patti served APS with dedication, compassion, strength, and heart. As our Service Manager, she was someone our team could count on — hardworking, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for others.
Patti truly embodied our SERVE core values in the way she lived and worked each day. In fact, she was named our very first SERVE Champion — a recognition that could not have been more fitting for someone who so naturally led by serving others.
Even while courageously battling ALS, Patti continued to show determination, grace, and love for her team. Her “One Word” for 2026 was Teamwork, which speaks so beautifully to who she was and how deeply she cared about the people around her.
Words cannot express how blessed Team APS was to have Patti as part of our family. She will be deeply missed for her work ethic, her smile, her kindness, and the lasting impact she made on all of us.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, our employees, and all who loved her during this incredibly difficult time.
In remembrance of Mrs. Patti, our forever SERVE Champion, we invite everyone to honor her legacy today by going out of your way to serve someone else — just as she so faithfully served others.
Rest peacefully, Patti. Your legacy and memory will never be forgotten. 🪽💗
