Our work at the Northwest Louisiana State Office Building is progressing, with major exterior installation underway and the structure taking on a whole new presence in the city skyline.🏙️ 🏗️

From early framework to the reflective glass façade now going into place, this project is a clear example of the scale, coordination, and craftsmanship our team and trade partners bring to every job.👷

As we continue expanding our presence in the Shreveport market, we’re proud to be part of projects that help shape the future of Northwest Louisiana.

Please join us in welcoming our 2026 Broadmoor Edge Summer Interns to the Broadmoor team! 👏👷

Today, they kicked off their first day with onboarding at our Metairie office. Tomorrow, they’ll head out to jobsites across the company to begin working alongside our project teams and gaining hands-on experience in the field. 🏗️

We’re excited to have this group with us for the summer and grateful to everyone who will help mentor, guide, and support them along the way.

Preserving history, one piece at a time.

Our team is honored to work alongside Cangelosi Ward on the historic Louisiana State Capitol Building, where each piece of the exterior is being carefully removed with precision and care. As new waterproofing is applied, this important preservation effort will help protect one of Louisiana’s most iconic landmarks for generations to come. We’re proud to play a part in safeguarding its history, craftsmanship, and legacy for the future.

NSA is entering a new era.

Window installation is underway, marking another milestone in the revival of a building that has sat vacant and been a safety concern for the city for far too long.

This project is more than construction — it’s a full transformation of a once-forgotten space into something safe, functional, and built for the future of our community.
