After Miami Beach’s torrential downpour, today was dedicated to roof water testing on a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean home. Our goal is to identify every point of water intrusion before mildew, mold, and long-term water erosion can threaten this historic gem.

The process doesn’t stop at the roof. Once the sources of intrusion are addressed and the damaged exterior walls are properly repaired, the focus shifts to restoring the interior spaces affected by moisture—bringing this home back to the condition it deserves while preserving its historic character.

What was hiding behind these walls… not good.

Toxic mold, rotted walls, no real structure, and years of shortcuts buried underneath. Improper wiring, corroded plumbing, and layers trapping moisture made it worse.

Full gut. Clean it out, dry it right, then rebuild it the way it should’ve been done.
