Our team is excited to turn everyday living into something special, unique, and exciting. This Miami Lakes home was originally designed with very divided and disconnected spaces. Expanding the view, achieving fluidity and connection between the areas of this home is not only a necessary concept, but we relied on a neutral, clean, and modern color palette while achieving a sophisticated interpretation while radiating a relaxed style, distinctive of Miami living.
This 2200 square foot home has been completely re-designed from floor to ceiling, changing every detail, and adding designer furniture and beautiful lighting fixtures. In this home, we looked for design opportunities to make a difference in every space that makes your home personal and special.
When you enter the home, one of the most important transformations in the house will be revealed. We modified the double pillar space where the living room and dining room are located and decorated it with a spectacular modern staircase and a specially designed bar cabinet that takes advantage of the remaining space under the stairs.
The ceiling that reflects the environment plus the play of indirect lights make an impact, making it a spectacular place. The kitchen, totally redesigned with neutral colors and impeccable workmanship, is accessed through a modern porch that manages to integrate both spaces.
The bedrooms are specially designed for family members and the guest room is a small jewel within the house. The 3 bathrooms have been completely modernized using high-quality materials and designed to create a more spacious and functional space.
