The French Pantry 🤎

A little collection of old French kitchen pieces, worn wood, pottery, baskets, and the kinds of everyday objects I always seem to come home with.

To claim comment with the corresponding letter.

A — French Woven Rye Basket — $88
18” L × 5.5” H

B — Antique French Herb Chopping Board — $98
14.25” L × 9” D × 2” H

Please note that the board has an staple repair where the wood has split. There is some movement at the repaired area, so I would recommend this piece primarily for display and styling rather than heavy functional use. The price has been adjusted to reflect the repair and condition.

C — Antique French Mezzaluna Herb Chopper — $68
10” L × approx. 5” H

D— French Stoneware Bowl, Embossed “20” — $80
10” diameter × 6” H

E —French Wooden Rosary — $88
Approx. 4.5 ft long

F — French Beige Faisselle — $86
6” opening × 4.75” H

G — Rustic French Wooden Faisselle — $112
6” opening × 3” H

H — French Brown Glazed Footed Faisselle — $58
3” opening × 3” H

I — Boch Belgium Milk Creamer — $56
3.25” H × 3” W

All pieces are vintage or antique and show age-related wear consistent with use and history. Please DM me for additional photos or condition details.

There’s something about Saint-Uze pottery that I just never get tired of collecting.

Made in the Drôme region of southeastern France, these pieces are known for their creamy white glaze and beautiful cobalt-blue florals. The blue designs we recognize today started appearing in the late 19th century, often stamped beneath the glaze.

One of my favorite things about Saint-Uze is that it isn’t just one pattern or one maker. You’ll find so many different shapes, florals, shades of blue and little variations — tureens, pitchers, bowls, jars, serving pieces and more.

I especially love seeing them all mixed together. They coordinate without being perfectly matched, and I think that’s what makes a collection feel so special.

Just a little peek at some of the Saint-Uze pieces I’ve been slowly curating for Our Nido. 🤍💙

A little French pantry collection 🤍

These old French pantry jars are available individually, each with its original cork stopper and beautifully timeworn handwritten label.

$88 each + shipping

Available:

Farine — Flour
Sel — Salt

Riz — Rice

Café — SOLD ☕️🤍

Each jar measures approximately 5” tall from the top of the cork with an opening of approximately 3”.

These are old found pieces and show age-related wear, staining, variation, small imperfections and patina consistent with their history. Their original corks also show natural age and wear.

Les Blancs II 🤍

There is something about layers of white that never feels plain to me. The crazing, staining, worn edges, old lettering, and subtle variations in tone are exactly what make these pieces so special. Hope you love them too! 🤍

Beautiful old things have a way of finding us.

A morning spent sourcing at Sunbury Antiques Market, searching for pieces that carry history, character, and the kind of charm that can’t be replicated.

The hunt never gets old. 🇫🇷✨

not styled.
just kept.

there’s no plan when I bring these pieces home.
no exact place in mind, no “finished” vision.

just something that makes me pause.

and over time
a shelf fills, a corner shifts,
things find each other.

that’s always been the difference for me.

not adding more…
just holding onto what feels right.

Have a great Friday everyone 🤍
