TLDR: RNPC was built on balance, not burnout. I choose to prioritize health and family over “hustle,” and I’m so grateful for a community that always supports me! 💚
You may have noticed I’ve been a bit quiet lately, more so than usual. So I wanted to take a moment to share a little reminder of why I started RNPC and stepped away from the corporate world… It was never about chasing the “top seller” title or hitting record breaking sales every week, and it sure as hell wasn’t to hit metrics every quarter. It was about creating a life where I could prioritize my family, my physical and mental health, and my passion and love for plants.
I am incredibly lucky to have the privilege of saying, “I need a break”, whether that’s to focus on my well being during the tough weeks or to spend quality time with my kids while they’re out of school or my husband if he chooses to take a day or two off work.
Two and a half years in, and I’m still a proud one woman show. I’m content right where I am. I don’t need to be the biggest or the best in the industry; I just want to grow and source the most beautiful plants while taking care of the people I love, including myself.
Thank you to this incredible community for standing by me and supporting RNPC, even during the weeks (and months 🫠) I step away to recharge.
