My Pork Cutlets Milanese with Lemon Cream Sauce and Arugula Salad is crazy delicious!! I have also made this dish with chicken and with all kinds of seafood. The Lemon Cream Sauce is so dang good on just about any protein, pasta, or veggies and pairs beautifully with the peppery arugula and parmesan salad on top!! Totally craveable!!
