Honored to see one of our homes featured on the cover of LUXE Interiors + Design and recognized among South Florida’s finest residences.

For this residence, my vision was to create a modern tropical expression of Miami living, where architecture, landscape, natural light, and the outdoors are experienced as one. Clean lines, sculptural forms, expansive glass, and a seamless connection to nature work together to create a sense of openness, balance, and ease.

From the arrival experience and soaring architectural volumes to the resort-inspired outdoor spaces, every element was designed to embrace the South Florida lifestyle while creating a home that feels timeless, inviting, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Seeing this residence featured on the cover is a reminder of why I do what I do: to create architecture that stands the test of time and leaves a lasting impact.

𝑶𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑰𝒏 𝒂 𝑩𝒍𝒖𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒐𝒏 🌙

Designing waterfront homes in Miami has always been about creating a connection between architecture, nature, and the way people live.

For the primary residence at 𝑺𝒖𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝑬𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔, my vision was to create a modern tropical retreat that embraces the water from every angle. Defined by contemporary architecture, exposed concrete, Brazilian Ipe wood, soaring 12-foot ceilings, elevated finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor integration, every element was thoughtfully designed to blur the line between indoors and outdoors while maximizing light, views, and privacy.

The waterfront primary suite was designed as a private sanctuary, complete with dual dressing rooms, a spa-inspired bath, private terrace, and outdoor shower overlooking the bay.

Today, the residence is being offered as part of Sunset Estates, a $110,000,000 waterfront compound in Miami Beach, reflecting my passion for designing homes that feel timeless, connected to their surroundings, and built to be enjoyed for generations.

𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬: 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐗 🌴

The homes I love designing most are the ones that make you feel at ease without even realizing why.

I wanted this home to feel peaceful, open, and deeply connected to nature, a place where mornings begin slowly, sunlight pours through every space, and the line between indoors and outdoors almost disappears. From the staircase wrapped in greenery to the quiet corners made for gathering, resting, and reconnecting, every detail was designed to make everyday life feel a little lighter.

To me, that’s what home should be, a place that lets you slow down, breathe deeper, and simply enjoy the people and moments that matter most.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐳-𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 ✨

South Beach has always been where architecture, culture, and energy converge, and this chapter feels especially meaningful.

At 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘁𝘇-𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵, the vision was clear: “𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝘆.” An intimate collection of residences designed with the ease of oceanfront living, elevated by legendary Ritz-Carlton hospitality, interiors by Alessandro Munge, landscape by Naturalficial, and culinary experiences by José Andrés.

But great design doesn’t exist in isolation. Honoring what already belongs to this city matters just as much. The 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 is at the heart of this story, a vision rooted in restoration and renewal, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 while carrying it forward with intention.

And the impact extends beyond the buildings themselves. The $12M 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 & 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻reconnects people to the shoreline and breathes 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 into the Lincoln Road entrance, inspired by 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱𝘂𝘀’original vision, reimagined for today’s Miami Beach.

This is what design looks like at its best, protecting legacy, elevating everyday life, and creating places that feel unforgettable the moment you arrive.
